User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to signatures you create using SignCraft. We do not claim ownership of your signatures.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the signatures you create and how you use them. You agree not to:

• Create signatures that impersonate others
• Use signatures for fraudulent purposes
• Create signatures that violate intellectual property rights
• Create signatures containing offensive or illegal content

Disclaimer of Warranties

PROVIDED "AS-IS": SignCraft is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• SignCraft will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using SignCraft will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• SignCraft will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

NO LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any:

Intellectual Property

Service Content: The SignCraft website, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated signatures), is owned by SignCraft and protected by intellectual property laws.

Fonts: Fonts used in SignCraft are licensed from Google Fonts and are subject to their respective open source licenses.

Third-Party Services

SignCraft uses third-party services (AI providers, analytics, fonts) that have their own terms and policies. By using SignCraft, you also agree to comply with their terms.

Changes to Service
